Rates and
Policies
Rooms are double occupancy
only. Seasonal rate is
$135/night plus tax with
discounts on stays of
four nights or longer.
Two-night minimum weekends
and holidays.
All cancellations
are subject to a $25
cancellation fee. If
a cancellation is received
less than fourteen days
prior to scheduled arrival,
guest is responsible
for full payment of the
total number of nights
reserved, unless we are
able to rent the cancelled
rooms. We make every
attempt to rent the rooms,
and therefore rarely
find it necessary to
charge guests whose plans
change. The sooner we
know of an opening, the
greater the chance we
will be able to fill
the vacancy.
We are a non-smoking
Inn. We regret we cannot
accept pets or young
children.
Check-in time
is after 2:OOPM, check-out
time is 10:OOAM. Please
advise us if you will
be a late arrival!
We ask that you respect
our quiet hours from
10:OOPM to 8:OOAM.
